Weber Q FAQs

Are they easy to clean and look after?

The Q range is hands down the easiest BBQ's to maintain due to their excellent grease management and minimalist design.

What size should I get?

When you come in to store we normally ask the amount of people you're cooking for the busy times of year like Christmas or Australia Day. Due to the Q range's even heat and speed of cook you'll be surprised how many you can comfortably cook for. Cooking steak, sausages, burgers and skewers you're able to cook for more than the numbers shown below.

Baby Q: 5-6 People

Q Size: 10-12 People

Family Q: 15 People

Can I cook with the lid up?

Yep you sure can, it will perform like a normal bbq. With a premium bbq we encourage you to cook with the lid down providing the bbq can handle it as you get additional flavour in your food. And you've also paid for the ability to do so.

What models can get down low enough to smoke low & slow for ribs?

The Q2800N+, the Family Q3200N+ and the Family Q3600N+ will get down into the 120-130 degree bracket you're looking for.

Can I sear on all of the models?

Yes absolutely, even the little baby q gets up over 300 degrees. For hard searing 350 + I'd personally look at the Q2800 and Family Q's.
