If an item isn't available in your area please contact the store. For orders over $200 we're able to deliver to the Illawarra and Shoalhaven. Orders under $200 we prefer pick up, but please contact us to arrange delivery if you are unable to get to the store due to injury or disability.

Our returns policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. For change of mind items we can offer a store credit, providing it presents as a new product and is unused. Minor issues with the product we are able to get them addressed and fixed. For major issues like if the product is unsafe or there is a significant difference from the sample or description, refund or exchange is available.
